Is your server at Domino 6.0 and are you using the iNotes60 template? If you are, here's how I've been able to reduplicate the problem.
1)make sure you have a signature that is set to automatically append to the message.
2) open a new message
3) in front of the signature start typing a few characters and hit enter to start a new line. Keep doing this over and over. After about a page, the error usually pops up.
Some users say it happens more frequently when replying to a message. I believe the signature has something to do with it and how it trys to insert in front of it.
